Huckleberry Daiquiri

3 oz. Wildbeary Huckleberry Mixer

1 oz. rum*

Blend with ice. Top with sweetened whipped cream.

Huckleberry Margarita

2 oz. Wildbeary Huckleberry Mixer

1 oz. tequila

1 /2 oz. triple sec

2 oz. sweet and sour

1 oz. Rose's lime juice

Blend with ice. Serve in chilled glass with sugared rim.

Huckleberry Decadence

2 oz. Wildbeary Huckleberry Mixer

1/2 oz. brandy

1/2 oz. while creme de cacao

2 oz. half and half

Blend with ice.

Huckleberry, Amaretto, and Cream

2 oz. Wildbeary Huckleberry Mixer1 oz. Amaretto

1 oz. half and half

Blend with ice.

Huckleberry Creamsicle

1 oz. Wildbeary Huckleberry Mixer

1 oz. orange juice

1 oz. cream

1 oz. vodka*

Blend with ice. Top with sweetened whipped cream.

Huckleberry Mai Tai

2 oz. Wildbeary Huckleberry Mixer

1 oz. light rum*

1 oz. dark rum*

1/2 oz. triple sec

2 oz. orange juice

1 oz. pineapple juice

1/2 oz. Rose's lime juice

Serve over ice with a float of grenadine.

Hot Huckleberry Brandy Cider

5 c. apple cider

1 c. Wildbeary Huckleberry Mixer

3/4 c. brandy (optional)

Combine all ingredients and heal over medium heat until steaming. Serve in mugs with a cinnamon stick and orange slice.

Christmas Mulled Huckleberry Punch

This makes a lovely red punch and can be kept warm for several hours. You may also add red wine of your choice to the punch.

1 bottle Wildbeary Huckleberry Mixer

1 quart of sparkling apple juice

1 gallon apple cider

5 or 6 cloves and whole allspice

Mix all the ingredients together in a large pot and simmer gently. The spices may be tied in a cloth bag and removed before serving. You may also add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.

Hot Spiced Huckleberry Cider

1 Gallon Apple Cider

1 Litre Martinelli's Sparkling Cider

1 Bottle Wildbeary Huckleberry Mixer

2 Sticks Cinnamon

3 Cloves

1 Cardamom Seed

1 C Sugar

One hour before serving, begin by heating Apple Cider and Huckleberry Mixer in Hot Pot. Add the whole cinnamon, cloves and cardamom wrapped in an organza bag so it does not clog the pot. Add sugar, heat and stir. 20 minutes before serving, add the Sparkling Cider.

Huckleberry Colada

Blend 2 oz. Wildbeary Huckleberry Mixer with a prepared colada mix, rum*, and ice.

*In these drinks, you can substitute lemon-lime soda for the alcohol.
